Mill Size Baler

Mill size balers are also called paper or cardboard baler machines as they are widely used to compress and recycle waste paper, cardboard, OCC, ONP and plastic waste etc. The mechanism of these baling press machines ensures efficient material feeding. When the ram goes up, the wide feed opening door automatically lifts upwards. The cardboards waste are fed into the baler chamber with the help of a wide 1500mm feed opening size. Moreover, an automatic chain bale ejector is incorporated for quickly and easily ejecting the bales out from the paper baler.

Three adjustable sizes of paper balers or cardboard balers are available. The baler sizes are given as per L*W*H, H is adjustable

• A small paper baler has a size of 1100*700* (500-1000) mm. It has 30 tons hydraulic power, 5.5 kilowatts motor power, and 150-300 kilograms bale weight.
• A medium paper baler is 1200*800* (600-1000) mm having a hydraulic power of 40 tons, motor power of 7.5 kilowatts, and 300-350 kilograms bale weight.
• 1500*760mm* (600-1200) mm is the size of the large paper baler for sale. It is capable of producing the hydraulic power of 70 tons, a motor has 11 kilowatts power, and the bale weight is 300-600 kilograms with different bale height (H).

These are manual cardboard balers which help you to process less than 1ton per hour of paper waste. Automatic cardboard balers are available too to help you to recycle more than 1ton waste paper per hour.
