5-10 fully automatic paper balers for sale are specially designed to press loose waste materials like paper, cardboard, OCC, ONP, books, magazines, plastic bottles, plastic film, alfalfa, hays, cans, tins and aluminum scraps. The OCC recycling capacity ranges from 5tons of to 10tons per hour.

These fully automatic paper balers have a density of 400-500 kg/m3, and have powerful, energetic and efficient motors with 45-kilo watt power that enable the recycling of all the waste types. The smaller automatic baler model has a size of L*1100*800mm and it weighs 15 tons; however, the larger ones are L*1100*1100mm in size and 17 tons in weight.

Like the other automatic balers, these automatic paper baling machines for OCC recycling also need a conveyor to be connected to automatically deliver the materials to the baler machine for sale for compressing.

Recommended equipment or device that connect with the automatic paper bailer:

– Anti-jam cylinders are optional to help process the jams, and clear obstructions that come into the process
– A bottle perforator is optional to be equipped on baler machine to pre-perforate bottles before compressing, so that enhance the bale density of the bottles
– A conveyor feeding device is needed to feed waste into the bailer machine for compressing, so that enhance the waste delivery efficiency
